Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro") which unlock additional features such as full-resolution exports and unlimited daily exports.
You may restore prior eligible purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
The App processes the photos you choose to edit ("Your Content") entirely on your device. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to use it with the App.
You agree not to use the App to create, edit, or distribute content that:

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or as required by law. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
If you reside in the EU/UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms, these Terms control to the extent permitted by Google.
