SharedStock Terms of Service
Version: 2026-10-05.v1. Published: 5 October 2026.
These Terms are between the merchant using SharedStock and Anas Hafidi, an individual developer using 7afidi as a brand, established in Morocco. Service: SharedStock by 7afidi. Contact: contact@7afidi.com. Postal address where required: Lotissement lwahda n152 - Bouarfa. These Terms take effect when published at https://www.7afidi.com/sharedstock/terms with a recorded publication date and version.
Agreement and data processing
The Shopify store owner must explicitly accept the currently published Terms through SharedStock's Merchant agreement page on behalf of the merchant before management actions become available. The acceptance identifies the shop, document version and acceptance time; no personal developer credentials are required. Installing Shopify's app permission grant or accepting Shopify pricing terms does not by itself record acceptance of these Terms.
The Data Processing Addendum at https://www.7afidi.com/sharedstock/dpa is incorporated into these Terms and governs processing of merchant-controlled personal data. The Privacy Policy at https://www.7afidi.com/sharedstock/privacy explains processing and retention. The DPA prevails for data-processing obligations; applicable mandatory law prevails over these documents. New material agreement versions require explicit acceptance. Public documents and the acceptance mechanism must both be live before the operator represents merchant data agreements as effective.
Service and supported scope
SharedStock links eligible Online Store variants to shared physical component stock at one Shopify-managed inventory location. V1 supports normal one-time purchases. It does not support subscriptions, multi-location operation, POS or other sales channels, 3PL/managed fulfillment, exchanges, or adding/increasing bundle lines through order edits. It is not a warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing or accounting service. Stock activity can have unknown causes and is not a complete per-order ledger.
The merchant receives a limited non-exclusive right to use the app for its Shopify store. Do not misuse the service, compromise access, interfere with inventory protection or use it unlawfully. Applicable mandatory software rights are unaffected.
Merchant responsibilities and safety
Provide accurate physical counts and consumption ratios. Use tracked Shopify inventory with stop-selling requirements, compatible native configuration and the supported location/channel. Resolve conflicting inventory controllers before activation. During activation close affected whole-product sales, resolve payment and committed-order issues, complete both required count/payment reviews and wait for stabilization. Time alone does not prove settlement. Final native verification must pass before reopening. Ratios remain immutable while active.
Fulfill whole packs and return only physically restocked component units. Keep sales closed and seek support where stock, ownership or a saved write is uncertain. Do not recreate native links, reset stock or directly edit protected components to bypass recovery. SharedStock cannot guarantee zero overselling in every unsupported configuration or provide a complete event attribution history.
Pricing and billing
The existing SharedStock plan is 9.99 USD per month with a seven-day trial through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify determines eligibility and displays the approval terms. Free testing for partners/developers and Shopify review uses Shopify's supported no-charge entitlement where applicable; it does not make the ordinary merchant plan free. No extra plan or off-platform payment is required. Shopify handles charges, cancellation and billing records under its rules. Contact contact@7afidi.com for billing or refund concerns; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Support, availability and termination
Support is provided at https://www.7afidi.com/sharedstock/support and contact@7afidi.com, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 Morocco time. Support mail is routed through Porkbun; the private destination mailbox address is not published. The solo operator deletes support emails, attachments and locally controlled copies after twelve months from resolution, unless an unresolved support/security/privacy matter, law or active inventory/recovery safety issue requires retention. Provider backup copies follow the provider's own cycle. No guaranteed response-time SLA, uninterrupted availability or 24-hour coverage is promised. Shopify and hosting-provider availability can affect operation. Sensitive actions require a verified online store owner; staff access is read-only.
The merchant may cancel through Shopify and uninstall. Uninstall pauses managed pools and revokes access; it does not restore standalone product stock or remove all Shopify-native resources. Review safe retirement with sales closed before removing native relationships. Reinstall uses the normal entitlement and verified reconnection flow without replaying old deductions. Privacy requests and lawful export/deletion assistance remain available without paid access under the DPA.
We may restrict access for unlawful use, compromised authorization or unresolved safety issues, subject to applicable notice and mandatory law. Ending service does not automatically resolve a pending inventory write.
Liability, law and disputes
The service is provided with reasonable care within its stated scope; no absolute security or stock-accuracy guarantee is made. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. No contractual monetary liability cap is imposed.
Moroccan law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory rights and applicable data-protection law. Contact the operator first to seek a practical resolution. No exclusive foreign court, arbitration mandate or waiver of statutory complaint rights is created.
